NOTICE ON START OF COLLECTION OF PAYMENT PROPERTY TAX 


Property Tax for F.Y. 2026-27 

 

Property Tax ONLINE collection for the F.Y. 2026-27 has started from 13.04.2026.

Citizens of ward no. 1 to 28 can pay the Property Tax Offline from 16.04.2026 onwards between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft etc. at the designated HDFC bank branches within Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation area and Tax Collection Offices.

For citizens of ward no. 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 37, 39, 40 and 41 printout of Demand Notice of Property Tax for the F.Y. 2026-27 will be available from 4th week of April 2026.

However they can pay Property Tax online from 13.04.2026.

  • Facility of Booking of “Water Tanker” & “Water Tank Refill”. 

Online system of Booking such Tanker is made for facilitation of the citizens from the ease of their home. They can avail these facilities by making payment without coming to Pourabhawan at all.

 

  • Facility of “New Ferrule Connection”, “Change of Ferrule”, “Cleaning of Ferrule” & “Shifting of Ferrule”.

All these facilities have also been made online for the comfort of the citizens so that they need not have to waste their time to come to BMC’s office for such purposes.
